Minutes of Meeting

1). To ensure the blood is ordered appropriately and administered safely.
2). To ensure wastage of blood components and products is minimized.
3). To review reports of adverse reactions, incidents and complaints and make recommendations for their prevention to improve patient safety.
4). To provide education realting to blood transfusion to health care professionals with current information.
5). To develop criteria and review compliance with transfusion practice of blood and blood derived therapeutic products.
